General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between NaturVibes, operated by EcomGalaxy Limited, and the customer via this website. Conflicting, deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, together with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission by automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this e-mail confirmation.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on our product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are clearly communicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
§ 5 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on our shipping page and in the respective product description.
§ 6 Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT, Apple Pay or other methods offered at checkout.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy. This can be viewed on the "Right of Withdrawal" page (https://www.naturvibes.de/policies/refund-policy) and will be sent to the customer together with the order confirmation.
§ 9 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights pursuant to §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply.
§ 10 Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions apply.
§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
