Shipping policy
At NaturVibes, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. We deliver to hundreds of customers daily across the DACH region and the United States, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two periods:
1) Processing Time (1-2 Days):
Order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.
Within 12-24 hours of the order, it is reviewed and approved. Once the order is approved in our system, production is initiated. For products that require personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days to produce, ensure quality, and package the product.
2) Shipping Time
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location: Most shipments are handled by DHL, but sometimes we use other carriers. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 6-14 business days
- Austria: 6-15 business days
- Switzerland: 6-20 business days
*All shipping times exclude customs and customs delays (IMPORTANT: Swiss customs, in particular, are very strict and sometimes hold packages for several days. Therefore, there may be delays for our Swiss customers. But don't worry, your package will definitely arrive!)
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently, we offer free standard shipping to all customers in the DACH region and the United States.
Additionally, we offer a premium shipping option: This includes not faster delivery, but insurance against theft, loss, or damage to your package! If the package is safely and undamaged delivered to your house, as confirmed by DHL and the tracking number, but the package is still damaged or you cannot find it, we will refund you 100% or send a new package free of charge. We will cover all the costs for you!
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once the package is packed, it will be handed over to the carrier, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
